I visited this Starbucks on Christmas Day with the expectation that they closed at 4 PM. After waiting in the drive through line for about 15 minutes, possibly longer, when I finally got to the ordering window a young lady said they were closed. I said that did not make sense since it was only 4:01 at that point and I had been waiting for at least 15 minutes. They should have put cones or something outside for the people who arrived after 4. When I asked for the store manager she claimed not to know and when I asked for her name she said it was John which I highly doubt ? Very disappointed in the poor service and not even the courage to give your real name.
Constantly out of items. Including holiday drinks for days. Manager must be terrible. Then to make matters worse you don't find out until you're at the point of order and the line is always a 20-30 min wait. No way to exit the line either. Absolutely garbage. They need to post they're out of drinks before you get on line and wait 30 mins just to be disappointed and have to buy something you didn't actually want. Go up the block to the next Starbucks. There's one every 5 miles anyway.
I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving at the store, but my food wasn’t ready when I got there. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes before leaving, even after I mentioned I was waiting on a breakfast wrap. This isn’t the first time this has occurred. During multiple visits to this location in the early morning when it’s not too busy, they have consistently forgotten items in my orders. It’s just ridiculous.

Don't get the draw of overpriced coffee. And this location could be in one of the worst spots traffic-wise. People are too lazy to go inside so the drive thru line screws up the whole shopping center traffic flow.

Been coming here for awhile,the staff is friendly. Though I just get a coffee they make it just right. When they have to make a new batch I’m in no rush I’ll wait.All of you keep up the good work

Can't make espresso for nothing. Refused to refund at all when we got a too-small, cold espresso. Offers no napkins. Incompetent, rude staff manager.
