This location is usually a pretty good experience. Today was not one of those days. We walked in and were never greeted. We stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge us. Another family walked in and an employee said hello to them and we also replied back hello. She said someone else would be with us. We waited a few more minutes and a girl finally came to the register. She never looked at us, never apologized for the wait, did not give off kind vibes and neither did any of the other employees working. If it were a busy day I could at least give the benefit of doubt but it was slow inside and out. Very disappointed in the customer service.
I've been using this Starbucks since it opened and have been happy for the most part. Lately, when I order oatmeal with dried fruit, they leave out the dried fruit. It wouldn't be a big deal except that this happened a few times. I'm still giving you stars for the food overall, but your oatmeal isn't cheap so I'd appreciate that you give me what I order.
