Nobody should have to walk into this store and be able to use any racial slur they please. Nobody should have to work in this environment without protection from vulgar customers using racial slurs. People like Jill are in a position to prevent andprotect her employees as well as show Starbucks core values but Jill has failed to do that for over a year creating an extremelytoxic work environment at this location.
