Waited 15 minutes in the lobby for my iced coffee while the 5 baristas were filling mobile orders that were piling up on top of the other mobile orders, I was one of three people actually inside the lobby.I (regrettably) paid $7 for black iced coffee. The coffee here is SOUR. Firstly, I encountered rude customer service during my visit. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch, which contains coffee, but received a different drink on the left. When I pointed out the mistake, I was told that what I received was indeed the drink I ordered. I explained that it lacked coffee and referred to the picture on the wall for clarification. Although they eventually remade the drink, I was frustrated by the staff's rudeness and their inability to acknowledge the error. This is the first time I've experienced such a problem. To make matters worse, while I was still speaking, one of the staff members walked away.
All the employees take care of you and are well trained. An employee named Brenda helped me with an online order I accidentally ordered somewhere else and were so kind to make it for me anyway. Thank you!
I arrived around 2:45, and the place was buzzing with activity! It was mostly filled with moms and their school-aged kids. Food: 5/5.
