First off the woman taking my order was so extremely rude didn?t repeat anything back and had such a bad attitude. I had asked for a vanilla iced latte with oat milk. Such an easy drink????. I got the drink and it tasted off. I asked if I had gotten alatte if it would say oat milk on the cup and they said yes. Turns out the lady taking my order didn?t bother to tell me thatthey were out of oat milk ???????? I asked if they could remake it and they did but it was wrong AGAIN!!! I hadnt asked forsweet cream but boom hella sweet cream. it tasted like straight sugar and milk.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the two ladies who served me tonight at the drive-thru. The wonderful woman who took my order assisted me in selecting a birthday drink and provided me with two fantastic options. Since I’m pregnant and couldn’t choose, I ended up getting both! Thank you for your help, and keep up the amazing work. Also, to the lovely lady who prepared those drinks, they were made to perfection. Thank you as well—you both deserve a raise!
When I arrived I was 2nd in line. A full 35 minutes later I get my cup of coffee from the rudest person in Starbucks, Andy. My wife told the manager about it and she defended it by saying she 's really busy . She was NOT busy, she was barely moving atall. If you want coffee in less than a half hour, go somewhere else. The manager made it clear that that 's how they do things.
All around this is just another Starbucks.Sure, they run out of seasonal items quickly but what Starbucks doesn’t?The staff has always been friendly, which is great…. However I do think this is the slooooowest store in the history of their existence.Also do not aim for fancy or over the top coffee experiments you will get something gross and far from what you ordered.

Good but they let people bring their dogs in a eating establishment totally against the rules. Not everyone like animals licking over them while eating. Management please fix before you get shut down.
This is a great place to grab a protein box and enjoy some healthy options, along with a variety of other excellent choices.
Rude staff. Horrible, everybody mad, even the pregnant woman in the cashier.
The service was fast, and the food was both tasty and expertly made.
