I 've been a patron here for six years, primarily due to its convenient location. However, the service can be inconsistent. While I 'm all for tipping, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Today, I ordered four tomato mozzarella paninis and one impossible breakfast sandwich. Despite the baristas greeting many customers with a good morning, I wasn 't acknowledged, likely due to my ethnicity. It 's become somewhat of an expectation here, so I tend to overlook it. After a fifteen-minute wait, I approached the counter to find a bag containing the four paninis, but no tag. The lady distributing drinks didn 't acknowledge me and handed the bag to another employee, mentioning the missing...
August 26th 3:15 pm. After receiving my drink I walked back 30 seconds later to ask for a cup for water for my toddler. Guy said to wait a min. and he will give me a cup. FIVE minutes later I reminded him that I still need a cup. He then said you have toget in line!?!? Should not have told me to wait. With two kids waiting I just said forget it and never went back. Which remindsme I need to thank the guy for making me try all the other coffee shops! Which ended up tasting much better! LOL!
There’s a nice Starbucks located inside the Target at Foothill Ranch. The exterior looked clean, although the counter area where our drinks were prepared was a bit messy, but I suppose that’s to be expected. The customer service was excellent; the employee was upbeat, funny, and very welcoming. He took our orders quickly, and our drinks were prepared in no time. We ordered two hot White Chocolate Mochas with one less pump of mocha, and they were delicious!
This Sturbacks is not offering decaffeinated coffee, workers told me that it is not so demanding, so they prefer not to make it .Decaffeinated drinkers are all screwed. On this location, they have to buy decaffeinated American coffee, that cost 4 dollars and is not refilled privileges .So sad !!!!Parking: Easy parking

A young man named Iman is doing an excellent job at this restaurant. I didn't have a good experience at this branch previously, but he changed my mind and encouraged me to return. Thank you, Iman! Particular Starbucks was conveniently located near my hotel. The coffee was hot Matcha green tea. Latte was perfect with almond milk and the chocolate croissant with filling the service was good the place with clean and convenient.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options
The Americano and the cappuccino were both inconsistent, indicating that the staff may not be properly trained to prepare cappuccinos.
I ordered a flat white. It was one of the best I ever had and I am not a typical Starbucks fan so I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks

There are so many choices and Starbucks is really long in the tooth. Very expensive drinks and they are almost never made correctly.
