I'm not sure I've ever seen a crew at Starbucks operate at such an incompetent and disrespectful manner, than this morning- 9/11/2022. I waited in line for over 45 minutes and left with no food or drinks for my family. We chose to avoid the drive thru and order in the Cafe. Big mistake. We ordered quickly. After waiting 30 minutes I asked about our order. They didn't even check to see what was going on and just acted like I couldn't see they were busy. Ibarely was acknowledged. They said they were doing the best they can. I told them I understood to which they walked away. 15 minutes later and they hadn't even started on my order. I asked for a refund and the woman had the audacity to act as...
When is Starbucks not good?? Never!!! I love stopping by to get my favorite drinks and a cookie. OMG I finally grabbed a donut and that tastes just as amazing as the drink. Point blank Starbucks is one of my favorite places to be. This location is always clean and quiet. Sometimes homeless guys hangout at the outside seating but they aren't bothersome at all. I appreciate no one asks them to leave. If I owned a Starbucks they would definitely be my priority. It would be nice to allow them what ever they wanted for free.
This Starbucks is ALWAYS upbeat and professional! I love coming to this one. Even when they are super busy, the drinks are out still between 5-7 minutes! I?m absolutely impressed and the Store Manager Ashley worked in such a way! It is always inspiring to see the Managers keep the crowd calm and still deliver in a timely manner
came in around 3:30Really like the vibe in there first time customer cuz I never been those Starbucks until one gave me a gift card so I was like screw it why not, really satisfied with the sandwich and the drink that I got and I'll probably be back People seemed really nice too
