My coffee tastes as expected, but I do have one issue: they don't always follow my order completely. I understand they're busy, but when I place a mobile order and specify that I want my drink in a venti cup, it's not just about the coffee; it's because I need the ice. I'm anemic, so having ice is important for me. If I simply ask for "extra ice," they tend to give me half the amount of coffee, which is why I request a venti cup instead. They lose a cup either way, so I don't see why they can't accommodate my request. I waited for a while to speak to someone about this, but unfortunately, no one seemed to pay attention. This restaurant does not have a drive-thru. A helpful tip: If you're looking for convenient parking, try the upper level of the shopping center's parking structure to find a spot without having to drive around. This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and consistently gets my order right. It's situated in a shopping center with ample parking available. Interestingly, there's another Starbucks just 50 feet away inside the Vons supermarket next door. However, that location doesn't accept Free Rewards or offer free refills.
I ordered ahead for a group of five and saw Alexa serve drinks to everyone in front of me. Meanwhile, a little girl was running around with food, bumping into everyone as if she were playing a game of Mario Kart. When I asked Alexa to remake my drink because she had prepared it hot instead of iced, she gave me a really unfriendly look. The service was terrible—I'll never come back again. This experience is not an isolated incident; I've had similar issues at this location before. I definitely won't be returning.
Finally!! Yes!!! I'm so happy! After going to 3 different Starbucks last week and no luck I was scared to ask for the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin! It's my favorite!!! But it's only seasonal for Fall. They only get a certain amount in their shipments and they're always sold out! So lucky I scored today here in Arcadia next to Vons! BTW: Nolan (front counter) and Kameron (Barista) were super friendly and beautiful smiling faces from the time I walked in.... And I bought the last muffin to let my mom try! I had to bring my cat with me due to a family event, but the manager approached me in a soft voice and asked me to leave because they don't allow cats. However, I noticed an older man with a chihuahua and another man with a puppy sitting inside. There was no sign indicating that cats were prohibited. To the manager on duty on 5/19/2022, if you have an issue with cats or have allergies, please communicate that to your customers. The last time I checked, Starbucks is pet-friendly.

I visited the Starbucks on West Naomi Ave in Arcadia, California this morning (2/2/21 at 7 am), and I have to say, the staff there were the friendliest and most amusing I've ever encountered in any service industry. They managed to make me laugh at 7 am, even before my coffee, and completely brightened my day. Honestly, these ladies were fantastic! Thank you so much!
