Worse Starbucks I have ever been too. The wait is insane at the Drive-Thru. Then I go inside thinking it would be quicker and for ignored at the register. I then went back in the line outside and waited another 20 minutes for a coffee!!!! I would rather go to Dunkin' right across the street than this place
This location is never open. Customers waste their time sitting in a long line that never moves because they’re just not open. Completely unprofessional. I understand the shortage of staff but they should adjust their posted hours accordingly. Completely ridiculous
I understand that finding staff is hard, but it’s very disappointing when the location is closed at 11:30am but says they’re open online. Just shut this location down permanently since none of the employees want to work.
I did a pickup first time coming here for a drink I ordered on the app and they gave me a grande instead of a venti which is what I ordered I tell them and they ignore me and don’t say anything to me and walk away. Réservez une table maintenant
Terrible customer service , I put a oder in online they didn't have my order ready when i got there I waited for 30 mins , then when I got my order it was wrong
always closed. landscaping heavy overgrown and filled with weed. no proud of the shops look the owner wants only your place is a low rent dump
