Starbucks - Réserver une table

Unacceptable and unprofessional experience. My food was ready and right in front of me- I kept on asking the server to have a look at the name but she refused to do so saying that my food was not ready after waiting for 45 min for my food- when I asked for a refund I was told that my food had been ready and sitting for almost 45 min . And on top of that there was no apology- instead they were trying to reason out their mistake . Either the staff should learn how to be apologetic for their mistakes or the store should be shut down .

the waits are insanely long. the staff is mean and inattentive. you order no sugar you get cup full of sugar after the longest wait I ever witnessed at any Starbucks in the nation. and they are about 12% higher on price than a competing shop 2 miles down the road. pathetic.

Spacious and popular place. The croissants looked a bit old. Service was slow, even though they were not very busy when I was there. Staff was friendly.

Location is very busy in the morning. The staff do a great job, are friendly, and genuinely seem to care about you.
