Ordered 7 drinks online. Came to pick them up to deliver to an office. All the drinks were prepared and placed on the counter as ordered. Do you have any carrying trays? I asked expectingly. No. No apologies and no explanations or suggestions for alternatives. Have you ever tried transporting 7 drinks without a tray to hold them up? My car doesn 't have 7 cup holders. What kind of Starbucks doesn 't have carrying trays to transport drinks? This one.
I love the Starbucks on Alton parkway in Irvine next to Ralph's. The workers are always cheerful. And they make an effort to be personable and really get to know you. Very nice because I am always just half awake when I order. But the matcha or coffee always make my day start right. Great place to go.
I visited Starbucks today to grab a coffee. I ordered a decaf coffee with almond milk as I was in a hurry to return to work. I got my drink during my lunch break, quickly got into my car, took a sip, and realized they had not made it decaf nor used almond milk. It was a terrible experience!
Honestly this is one of my favorite locations, staff are very kind, last time I made a mistake on my order and they happily changed it, the other one inside Albertsons in Cypress village just hired a girl who was so rude.
