I placed a pickup order through the app and arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time. When I got there, I was told they were still finishing my order, so I had to wait for several more minutes. In total, I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes longer than anticipated from when I placed the order. I ordered my usual vanilla bean crème frappuccino, while my daughter chose the pumpkin spice frappuccino. Unfortunately, both drinks were rather watery, and my vanilla bean lacked flavor. This was my first time visiting this location, and I left feeling quite disappointed.
I ordered a double smoked bacon and cheddar cheese sandwich and as soon as I took it out of the bag, the cheese was not melted enough, basically I got a cold sandwich my bacon was all COLD. Normally I wouldn?t rant about this stuff but come on at leastput more effort on this I am basically helping y?all get a good paycheck like be so for real. Make sure you always check thethings in your bags because you never know what?s inside of there, might be a rat for all you know. THIS WAS MY FORST AND LASTTIME THERE. You?ll see me in cayce?s got better service than yours ????
The young barista, dressed in a black romper and a headscarf with glasses, made an error while preparing my drink around 2:30. It could have been a misunderstanding, but her response was quite rude, and she began slamming items down when I mentioned the mistake. I frequent this establishment and intend to continue doing so, but it really doesn't make sense to serve a hot drink in a cold cup. I'm just suggesting that perhaps she isn’t ideally suited for a high-volume customer service role.
This was probably the most bland and least comfortable Starbucks I've ever been to. Although I enjoyed my drink, it sat on the counter for a long time without anyone calling out names. When I approached the young woman behind the counter to inquire about my order, it seemed like she either didn’t see me standing there or simply didn’t care, as she never responded. Unlike the cozy and welcoming atmosphere I usually expect from Starbucks, this location felt stale and uninviting.

I just don?t like the mood when I enter in the morning. It?s like they hate being there and no hello or hi. No eye contact and no acknowledgement. They didn?t even call my name when my drink was ready. Good thing is that the drink was still good butdidn?t put whipped cream.
Went last night to just hang out with a friend. The recommendations were great we sat in cozy seats and chatted so long they had to tell us they were closing. We then sat outside in the relaxing chairs over an hour. Very peaceful
The people are usually very nice, but the drive-thru is always so slow. I just sat in line for 16 minutes, it didn?t budge and the line was wrapped around the building, so I just left without even ordering.
This is my favorite location! I?m there almost every weekday, and each and every time they?re quick and accurate. Anna and Terrance (hopefully those are spelled correctly) are awesome!

What a fantastic coffee shop! I don’t mind paying $6.81 for a quality cup of coffee, but it would be nice to hear a simple "thank you."
I ordered an egg sandwich and a hot chai tea latte. The service was fast, and the restaurant was tidy.
