My experience was rather disappointing. It appears that the overall service at Starbucks has declined. At this location, when I asked about my receipt, an employee pointed at me as if I were a child. He quickly realized his error and tried to make up for it by giving me a $3.00 gift card for a free drink. However, I thought this gesture came off as quite rude, especially considering that most drinks cost more than $3.00. To be honest, you might be better off making your own coffee at home.
The tables were unclean, the floor required sweeping, and the countertops needed to be sanitized with a bleach solution combined with hot water at a temperature of 102 degrees. While the staff members were very friendly, I think every restaurant should have designated personnel for the kitchen, waste disposal, and table maintenance. This is a measure that should be mandated by the local health department.
This Starbucks has quickly become one of my favorite spots, especially since it’s only about a five-minute drive from my house. I have to confess that I didn't like this location in the past, but the staff has made incredible improvements over the last year, and now I truly enjoy coming here! They are always friendly and make the best drinks. I'm really happy to see this positive change!
The staff at this restaurant is always friendly and welcoming! Service is quick, and they provide great drink recommendations if you're undecided. It's definitely a better choice than waiting in long lines at other nearby places.
