I placed a mobile order, but my drink wasn't ready when I arrived. They asked if I had a mobile order, and after confirming, I was told they could see my order. I showed them my phone, indicating that it was supposed to be ready at 7:19 PM, but it was already 7:26 PM. An employee named Raymundo told me to "shut up," which really upset me. I told him that wasn’t an appropriate way to speak to customers. Yes, I raised my voice after that; who wouldn’t be frustrated in that situation? I will never return to this place. I also realized, in my anger, that I received a venti size drink instead of the trenta I ordered. The customer service was terrible, and Raymundo really needs to adjust his attit...

During the same shift, another staff member responded to me in a similar way as Maricruz when I inquired about my order, and I was taken aback! This isn't the first time I've encountered issues ordering a simple iced latte with no ice and no sugar. Poor ladies! To add to the frustration, she charged me extra for an additional shot of coffee. Oh well, it is what it is!

This is a fantastic little Starbucks in the area! For residents of Avocado Heights and North Whittier, it's just a quick trip away. The drive-thru is very convenient, and the inside is spacious and inviting. I really enjoy going there on warm summer evenings to read a book or sip on an iced coffee with my family. It's definitely worth a visit!

Andrew is so nice! I went two days in a row and he remembered me from the previous day. He even remembered it was my birthday the previous day, and asked about it. All of the staff is friendly, all while working on getting coffee to you as fast aspossible. I actually drive out of my way to come to this Starbucks. Great place! Réservez une table maintenant

cool little Starbucks in the neighborhood. For people who live in avocado heights and north Whittier this is just a stone throw away. the drive thru is cool , and well the interior is quite roomy and comfy. i would go there on a hot summer night and read abook or have ice coffee with my family. check it out.

What started as a quick coffee stop turned into a 30-minute wait in the Starbucks drive-thru, even with only three cars ahead of us. However, the drinks were excellent, and the service was friendly. If you're in a hurry, I strongly recommend parking and going inside to place your order instead.

This coffee spot is an excellent choice! Despite being a new location, it never feels too crowded. The service is impressively quick. The pumpkin cream cheese bar is delicious, and I absolutely love the cold brew—it's so smooth!
