Staff here are very friendly! And the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe I got was delicious! Not too busy around 5pm with just a few people working on their laptops or hanging with friends. I came in, was greeted by staff with a smile, ordered my drink, waited a few minutes to get my drink, and left. Very easy and fast process! Definitely one of the good locations! I ordered an egg and bacon sandwich, but it was disgusting. There was no egg on it, the dough was undercooked, and there were no straws provided. The drinks were just froth. It was a waste of money and I am very disappointed. I would like a refund, buyer beware. Service for delivery was terrible. Meal type: Breakfast. Price per person: $20-30. Food quality: 1 out of 5. They did not put the cap on my drink properly. When I picked up the drink and tilted it to take a sip, the cap fell off and the drink spilled all over my new jacket. Despite there being three employees present, none of them apologized. I had to actually ask for a new cap for my half-spilled drink. This experience was terrible. The restaurant should consider hiring employees who are more attentive and caring.
I sat here for a few hours doing homework and found the atmosphere and staff to be great. Holden provided me with some excellent drink recommendations and Alex was extremely nice. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location and will be returning. Overall, the service and atmosphere were both rated a 5 out of 5. I am always a fan of this place! The coffee may not be the best, but still enjoyable. Food is rated 4 out of 5, service is excellent with a score of 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere is also a 5 out of 5.

The employees at this restaurant show a lack of care and attention. They quickly make your drink and toss it over to you as if it were on an assembly line. It's disappointing.
The employees, especially the supposed manager, were very rude. It seems like anyone can become a manager here. I’ve received much better customer service at Broad River. Réservez une table maintenant
