Ordered a drink on Wednesday, got to the car and realized it was the wrong beverage after leaving, called and Price Chopper answered the phone and put me on hold, not sure if it was a Price Chopper employee or a Starbucks employee I talked with after that, whoever it was, what's a nice sounding lady and told me to come back in at my convenience and my drink would be remade. I went back today and told the guy working at Starbucks what had happened, and he would not honor it. I asked to talk with a manager, and a PriceChopper manager named Torrrie came to talk with me, she would not honor it either, saying that no one told her about it. Obviously frustrated and disappointed at the lack of customer service I asked for her name and the guy's name who was working at Starbucks so I could write a review on them. Torrie immediately got defensive and told me I needed to leave. I turned and asked the guy working at Starbucks what his name was, and Torrie yelled at security and said I was harassing people. The security guy was nice enough, and seemingly understandable about the situation. I left, and won't ever be back, and hope this review sheds light on the lack of customer service by PriceChopper managers and Starbucks employees.
