Ever since I stopped working here, the atmosphere has changed drastically. The lines used to be long, making you think twice about shopping, but now the floors are dirty, the employees lack interest in building rapport with customers, and no one smiles. Every time I come, I have to wait at least 5 minutes to place an order, even when there's no one in line. Ever since Cordell was manager, things just haven't been the same.
I pre-ordered my food to save time and get back to work quickly. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was very busy. Unfortunately, only half of my order was ready so I had to cancel it. However, the manager was very understanding and went above and beyond to personally make my order for me. I am amazed by the excellent customer service at this restaurant. The staff here truly are exceptional.
The coffee was great. Our barista seemed overwhelmed and exhausted. Evidently the location had a super busy (crazy?! morning from the looks of things... Tables needed a good wipe down, floor needed sweeping, napkins and straw papers strewn randomly about the place. The staff just can't keep up.
During a recent visit, we were craving some protein, so we ordered an egg white sandwich with Swiss cheese and no condiments. The sandwich lacked flavor, but adding a little pepper and strawberry jam from Qtrip next door did the trick. The drinks were satisfying. Réservez une table maintenant
Beat Starbucks I've been to. It's become my regular stop on my way to work. Christopher is an excellent manager and you can tell he pours into his employees because they're never in a bad mood and never in a rush. He makes my morning great!
The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly and kind. My drink was made quickly and exactly how I ordered it. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.
The service at this restaurant is awful. There needs to be better supervision as the workers are slow to respond and spend more time chatting amongst themselves.
