Starbucks - Réserver une table

Thank you Starbucks Waimalu!! This location is a great example of excellent customer service. I went in today for my daily coffee fix after grocery shopping. I forgot my phone at home but didn't want to go back home to grab it. This is how I usually pay for my coffee on the app. I was helped by their friendly barista Kelsey who was so patient as I tried to pay with my card. Technology is not my friend some days tries to mess with my feelings haha and today was one of them ugh. As I tried to get past the tip screen the system kept freezing. The attitude at this branch is not good or friendly. I assumed cold brew didn 't come with ice and of course they put tons of ice, um nope I have sensitive teeth and can 't do extreme cold. The guy was rude and was like of course come with ice nitro is the only one that doesn 't. Hey bro I don 't work there and I surely wouldn 't know all that. Not to mention they don 't even have the order ahead most days this branch sucks. He totally didn 't remake my drink right away ,what an idiot. Please be more kind it 's the holidays!

Zero power outlets !! What is it with starbucks in hawaii ? Almost every stores terminated their power outlets. I need to do some computer work while enjoying my latte. Shame on starbucks Hawaii. Excellent customer service and my coffee came out perfectly made! I would definitely come back to this location when I'm in the area again.
