Rude customer service, the woman working the window was incredibly disrespectful. I’m a daily customer with Starbucks and I’m new to this area. Would have came back here a million times but this initial first encounter with this Starbucks completely made me give up Starbucks. I’ll never spend my money with your corporation again because of the lack of respect your employee shows. I work in the customer service environment and if one of my workers talked to a customer like this she would be fired.
cozy stars that have recently been renovated. usually well occupied, so no crazy waiting. sitting in the free while warmer months. 4 instead of 5, because they need more seats in the inner and no free parking space, unless they come on a Sunday or before 10a, as all gratwood is metered. friendly staff.
