After a long wait of ten years for a cup of coffee, I encountered some serious attitude from the barista at Starbucks. She was incredibly rude, both towards her co-worker and the customers. It felt like she was ignoring everyone, and when you did manage to get her attention, her responses were dismissive and unfriendly. I witnessed her arguing with customers over their orders, even when they clearly asked for items they had already paid for, such as an iced caramel coffee with whipped cream. Adding whipped cream shouldn't be such a hassle! The service was incredibly slow, and due to her poor treatment of customers, I decided it was best not to wait in line for a drink.

During my first visit to the restaurant, I ordered an iced soy latte, but it arrived without any espresso shots and tasted only of soy milk. When I asked the staff if there was any coffee in it, their response was quite rude. Frustrated, I ended up tossing the drink and leaving. However, I returned this morning to try the coconut milk latte and a breakfast sandwich. This time, everything was prepared correctly, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I was put off by the sight of the barista scratching her hair while making drinks. Given this experience, I think I'll be staying away from this place in the future.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant due to the unsatisfactory customer service. The barista was rude and asked me to step back after the previous customer had touched the counter, supposedly for social distancing reasons. It felt more like discrimination than anything else. When my husband pointed out that she was the only one not wearing gloves during the pandemic, she initially refused to put any on but changed her mind quickly when he mentioned recording her. There are many people who would be grateful for a job right now, so I suggest reflecting on your attitude. You know who you are!

I arrived around noon and waited in line behind four customers. When it was my turn to order a salted caramel mocha, I was told they were out of mocha. I asked for another drink, but it also contained mocha. Frustrated, I asked which drinks didn’t have mocha. The staff member replied rudely, suggesting pumpkin spice, but then said they were out of that too. At that point, I decided to leave due to the staff’s unpleasant attitude. From now on, I’ll be getting my coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts down the street. Réservez une table maintenant

I've been a regular at Starbucks since it opened, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with the service. The majority of the baristas are friendly and skilled. I know this location can get busy, but my main concern is that they often run out of mocha, chai, hot drink stirrers, sleeves, and other essentials. If Starbucks could improve their inventory management to better support their menu, I would gladly give this location a 5-star rating.

On June 9th at 12:30 PM, I observed a male barista named Tyrone acting unprofessionally and disrespectfully towards two female customers. His comments were inappropriate, and I noticed he did not address me or the other male patrons in the same way. Such behavior is unacceptable, and it is important that corrective actions are taken to prevent this from becoming a norm.

The experience varies greatly each time I visit, and there's always something that seems to be broken or out of stock. I've been there several times, and the mochas never taste as they should. On this occasion, they even forgot to add any sweetness to my drink. It ended up being a waste of $5.

The wait times were pretty long, and the service was slow, creating a constantly chaotic atmosphere due to a lack of staff. What can I say about Starbucks other than that it's absolutely fantastic? I always stick to my usual order, so I hope you won't judge me for that. I really love the hot Caramel Macchiato; it tastes incredible to me.
