This location has declined in quality since its renovation. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew that had a layer of syrup floating at the bottom and curdled cream on top. Additionally, I was frustrated by the limitation of only being able to get a tall cup of water for my dog. I would have gladly paid $0.25 for a larger cup so he could have a proper drink. I used to appreciate being able to easily get a coffee for myself and water for my dog while traveling. They’re willing to give me several tall cups of water, but that’s not practical—where would I put them? I don’t need a pup cup; I just want my thirsty dog to be able to drink!
I placed a mobile order for pickup in the morning to save time, but I encountered some issues. There were no notifications in the app, and when I arrived, I found a "drive-thru only" sign on the front door, which was locked. This resulted in an additional 10-minute wait because the employees were backed up with orders. When I asked one of the staff about the sign, she speculated that one of the registers might be down. When I inquired why they wouldn’t allow customers to pick up their orders inside, her response was simply, "I don't know." It was a really frustrating experience.
This place is the best! My orders are always accurate, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They inform you in advance if something is out of stock when you're inside, although it can be a bit tricky to tell in the drive-thru unless you ask. I've been coming here for a couple of years, and they've never let me down. It's also pretty common for someone to pay for your order in front of you, so I paid it forward as well. Good things really do come around!
This restaurant boasts a convenient location with ample parking, and it’s never overcrowded. There’s always a seat available, thanks to its spacious layout. The baristas consistently craft the perfect Chai Tea Latte! Orders are always ready at the promised time. The bathrooms are well-maintained, and they do a great job keeping the tables and floors clean!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations whenever I'm in the area. The staff is extremely friendly, the place is clean, and the coffee tastes just right. If you use the drive-thru, they are very efficient and quick.
There were bees and fruit flies around the desserts and food, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. I wouldn't recommend ordering any food from this place—it's not hygienic at all. Service: 1, Food: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
