I have never had a bad experience until this morning at this Starbucks in Hazelwood. I ordered my tall hot green tea and coffee from my app while at home. It was was paid for already also. So I pull up and see someone at the speaker ordering. I had to pull around. They were still sitting there. No one else was in line or at the window. So I just went around to the window. Low customer service standards. I ordered through the app for drive through pickup and when I got the drive through a man literally mumbled something I was confused but I stated I was here for a drive through pickup. Then a woman got on the speaker and screamed something inaudible. I just pulled around and then the woman at the window furrowed her eyebrows, opened the window and asked can she help me?, I said I’m here for a pickup order and stated my name. She raised her voice and said “WE AXED (asked) YOU TO HOLD ON!”. If you check your cameras, you'll see I'm telling the truth. They messed up my drink, yelled at me, and refused to remake it, forcing me to wait another 10 minutes. I received my drink promptly and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was accommodating when I requested a non-dairy option, showing no signs of annoyance. As someone with food intolerances, I really appreciate not feeling like a burden when I ask questions. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with the food, service, and atmosphere all receiving a perfect score of 5. I dined in and spent around $10–20 per person.
