Starbucks - Réservation de table

I went to the restaurant during my lunch break to get coffee for myself and a co-worker. I had to change my drink order multiple times because they were out of most options. I also tried to order a bakery item, but had to change that as well due to them being out of stock. When I finally received the drinks, they were made incorrectly. When I arrived at the window, I was informed that they were also out of the bakery item. I was not offered anything else or a refund despite already paying. I called to speak to a manager but was told they would call me back, which never happened. It seemed like the manager was absent that day.

I absolutely love this place. Connor is the best. Everyone knows my name and I am always delighted when I visit in person or through the drive thru. The interior doesn't have the same lively atmosphere since the plants were removed. I hope they will return soon because they brought so much life to the place. See you tomorrow morning, as you know I'll be here!

I stopped by this restaurant on my way to work this morning and decided to use the drive-thru for my mobile order. Connor provided exceptional customer service! There was a minor issue with my order, but he immediately rectified it with a smile and without any hesitation. It's rare to receive such great service, especially on a Monday morning.

Took over 15 minutes to get a brewed coffee just drip coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They asked if I wanted cream, yes, but didn't get it. Had to ask for the cream and then nothing to stir it with. Guess they are trying to force me to order on the app? Cause I ordered at the counter... Réservez une table maintenant

I love taking a book to Starbucks, grabbing a drink and reading there for a bit. I had the best service today (I always have good service at this location). Thry are fast and my order is always perfect. The only thing I wish is that they would bring back the comfy chairs.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the morning crew at this restaurant! Despite being ten minutes behind on app orders, they handled the busy morning like champs. They worked together well and my drink was absolutely delicious.

Barista making drinks was very rude ignored me the 1st 2 times I asked a question than responded just as nasty as her attitude was. Obviously she needs a new job since she doesn't like it where she is. It shows.

Slowest place ever ?. One time I sat in Drive thru for like 20 mins because the guy working Drive thru had to take the trash out it?s the most ridiculous place ever and the staff is not friendly at all Réservez une table maintenant

I have always enjoyed this Starbucks, but today the service was just okay. I hope that it will improve soon.
