Visited during the morning rush and I have to call out how organized this Starbucks is. Not only are they efficient, the communication to customers was outstanding. They would call out when they were starting someone's order, that way you knew they were working on it and it would be ready shortly. Everyone got their order with no issues, including people coming in and out for mobile orders. One of the most organized Starbucks I've visited during the morning rush.Parking: Lots of parking spots in the plaza!
To be frank, I have given up on the quality of Starbucks. I only order it out of convenience and speed…but today my experience was changed. Farhaana made my mobile order and it was PHENOMENAL! Everything was perfect. If there are barista awards she should get one. She was so lovely and talked to me about my day and our plans for the evening. If you’re ordering in person and she’s in, have her make your drink!
I was trying to find an online survey but couldn’t find it. I came here to get my drink because I work in the same plaza. The person that served me her name is Berry. Made the drink super nicely it seemed to have been done from the heart I think she deserves a promotion. If you are the manager reading this please let her know that she’s doing a great job. I usually don't have any problems with this location, but tonight I ordered through Uber Eats and got two iced blonde hazelnut lattes with two pumps of vanilla added. What I received instead was just a cup of milk with two pumps of vanilla syrup. I certainly don't expect to pay nearly $20 for two drinks and not have them made correctly. I love this location! I typically go once a week and over the past year, the staff have learned my order. I only order hot drinks here, but they always get it right and it consistently tastes delicious. The couple of snacks that I have picked up were good, no complaints. Always friendly service with a smile, you can't go wrong here!
This is the best Starbucks in the area! The drinks are crafted with care, and the staff is really friendly. I always customize my beverages here because I know they'll be delicious! I rarely customize my drinks at other locations because it often feels like a waste of money. I highly recommend this spot! I absolutely love it!
