Visited during the morning rush and I have to call out how organized this Starbucks is. Not only are they efficient, the communication to customers was outstanding. They would call out when they were starting someone's order, that way you knew they were working on it and it would be ready shortly. Everyone got their order with no issues, including people coming in and out for mobile orders. One of the most organized Starbucks I've visited during the morning rush.Parking: Lots of parking spots in the plaza!
This Starbucks is absolutely AMAZING. Ashley and Mariah are always the ones to greet us as we walk in. They are super approachable, kind and welcoming. The Columbia location is hands down my go-to location now because of the positive experiences we have had with them there. All of the staff is phenomenal. Thanks Ashley and Mariah for always being the BEST!
I love this location! I typically go once a week and over the past year, the staff have learned my order. I only order hot drinks here, but they always get it right and it consistently tastes delicious. The couple of snacks that I have picked up were good, no complaints. Always friendly service with a smile, you can't go wrong here!
Best Starbucks in the region. Drinks are made with care. Staff is friendly. I always custom my drink ms here because I know they will make my drinks taste soooo gooddd! Rarely custom my drinks in other locations because it just waste of money. Absolutely recommend buying from this location! Love it!!
Normally I do not have an issue with this location however I ordered Uber eats tonight and I ordered 2 iced blonde hazelnut lattes with 2 pumps of vanilla added. What I received was a cup of milk with 2 pumps of vanilla syrup. I don’t pay almost $20 for 2 drinks for it to not be made properly.
