So I decided to give Starbucks another shot after a really bad experience at another location.Not much changed, as soon as I stepped in I can smell the air quality, over priced water, poor customer service, the store looks dirty, not a place safe for my family. Maybe hire new employees to keep the place clean. DisgustingI will not come back until management is replaced and the store is properly cleaned. Ordered several teas online for pickup, arrived and nothing was ready, so had to awkwardly sit in drive through for 15+ minutes. Received teas and handed stoppers separately and was rudely told to apply them myself (new policy? . As I'm applying them, realized too late that none of the lids were fastened on tight and several of the teas spilled all over my car, scalding hot tea all over my legs. Extremely bizarre experience and definitely avoiding this place like the plague going forward.
Today, I noticed that there were at least eight staff members working in the store. Instead of focusing on preparing drinks for customers, they seemed more interested in socializing with each other. I ordered two drinks at 1:39, and by 1:51, my first drink was made incorrectly. I still hadn’t received my second drink at that time. Eventually, I got both drinks at 1:54. The service was incredibly slow, as the staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than on getting orders ready. I placed my online pickup order before arriving, but I still had to wait 20 minutes once I got there, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all.
