Very busy location as it is the only one in Brockville!!! Very friendly staff and a large variety of beverages...seems like more than offered in Ottawa! Well stocked and relatively clean, considering the traffic. It is located just minutes off the 401. Caramel Frappacino and Café Vanilla Frappacino tastes somewhat bitter, so that is a shame. Must be in the execution of the recipe! Nice outside patio, though there is A lot of vehicle traffic. A nice breeze today so the air is good. I do not imagine it would be nice without a breeze! I must say, this Starbucks drive-through does an outstanding job! From the moment I pulled up, the staff greeted me with a warm welcome and provided exceptional service. They were efficient and ensured my order was prepared accurately and in a timely manner. The quality of the coffee was superb, just as I expected from Starbucks. The drive-through was well-organized, the signage was a bit hard to see in the weather and it's located on a larger property with other sites, but traffic followed smoothly. If you're looking for a convenient and top-notch drive-through coffee experience, this Starbucks is the perfect choice. Highly recommended for their excellent service!

Nice Starbucks. Same as all of them really. Typical friendly staff, same coffee, same atmosphere. Hard to compare Starbucks, unless something bad or good really stands out. The place was clean, and my coffee was good. No complaints. Their food menus the same and always seems to be in stock.

I was a partner (starbucks employee for 12 years in Toronto and never have I seen such a welcoming atmosphere. I came here visiting my parents and stopped for my Venti Cold Brew with Heavy Cream and it was made to perfection each time and the staff were charming and efficient.

Driving back from Toronto we stopped here for a late night coffee. The barista was very jovial and courteous. She was well-versed with the offerings as well. Our drinks were well-prepared and very hot.

Incredible kind gesture! I already go to this Starbucks daily and they surprised my coworker and I with complimentary tray. All delicious drinks and such a sweet idea! Great people!

I waited way too long for my drive-thru order and it was wrong when it eventually did arrived. Staff were friendly and took time to chat/get to know me though.

Pro's: Clean, Fast service. Good seating arrangement. Con's: For me; staff don't seem very friendly, sort of distant, not engaging. Honestly, could just be me.
