I've been to many Starbucks locations in my life, but the service at this one is truly exceptional. It’s hands down the best in Tulsa, and I might even say it's the best Starbucks anywhere. Although I haven’t been inside, I’ve gone through the drive-thru nearly 100 times in the past month. The person working the drive-thru is fantastic—so personable without being overbearing. Just wanted to shout out Bailey! Their service was amazing and personalized! I appreciated Bailey’s sense of humor and witty banter. Whoever made my drink did a great job and I appreciate the quick service I was provided. I wasn’t going to go to Starbucks this morning, but I’m glad I changed my mind. We came around 10:45 today. The lady at the drive through speaker was horrendously rude. Her tone was condescending and she spoke to us like we were stupid. When we pulled up to the window, Bailey was very nice. At least that was a plus.
