Very convenient and friendly Starbucks location! Has plenty of seating and space between seating. It’s next door to The Holiday Inn on Pennsylvania ave, so if you’re staying there you literally need to take 10 steps and pick up your brew.The staff is very friendly and fast.Parking: They have the standard parking section on one side where the main entrance is, with ample parking, and a separate mobile orders section right in front of the side door where all mobile orders are placed. Super convenient and smartly thought through!
So, let's rewind. A little while back, this Starbucks(like many other businesses) struggled. Sure staffing was tough, and hours of operation were inconsistent. HOWEVER, those days are long gone. The staff is top tier. Service is always fast and friendly. I stop here often and they are consistently awesome. The best part of waking up, is this Starbucks feeling my cup.(Also, the love of my family is cool, but this hot coffee is great too)
The drive-thru is convenient, but the wait for drinks inside the café is often really long, even when it's not busy. Their new operating hours are disappointing, especially on Fridays through Sundays. I can’t even grab my coffee after work.
I guess living in NY, you want everything quick. I ordered a caffe latte and took a bit longer than in wanted.Also, the store was kind of dirty, tables unattended, and spills on the counters.That’s all

Frozen Caramel drink was not frozen and had very little caramel flavor. The employee did not follow the recipe!Back to DD!!
The drinks I order are rarely prepared correctly or consistently. This location feels like a waste of money.
The staff is extremely friendly, and the service is quick. Tanner Wilmore, in particular, is quite amusing!
Food was not fresh, the tables and chairs were dirty and the atmosphere was wanting.
