Starbucks - Réservation de table

I usually come here in the morning to get my coffee before work. I always get the same thing too and usually it’s a hit or miss when they make my drink but today they missed completely. I ordered a white mocha and they gave me a pumpkin spice. I thought I was mistaken until I asked for a remake at a different store who actually gave me what I ordered. You can easily tell the difference.

I ordered an extra hot caramel macchiato upside down with additional caramel, but it was poorly made. It wasn't drinkable. It tasted very weak and watery. I called and registered a complaint with the manager and he offered a viable solution to correct the order which I really appreciated.

I went on the December 23 2023 at 10pm and they said they didn 't have any black coffee. ? she offered my an americano which is expresso water. ?. I 'm a nurse working a 16 hour shift and you want to give me expresso water... ?.

I gave it three stars because I bought a hot caramel machiato and they didn't put protection on the glass to avoid burning due to the heat and they didn't put napkins for my Crossan chocolate. ? Réservez une table maintenant

The wait was a little long. But they prepared us with a little foresight, based on high volume. Which is totally understandable. Drinks were great.

Good Starbucks location ..... They're lighting fast in the morning dragging their azz by the evening that's the reason for the 3 stars .....
