According to Hailey, the dark roast coffee is only for mobile orders. Never mind that I'm standing in front of her asking to pay too much for that increasingly mediocre (weak and often lukewarm) cup of coffee... among other things. No offer of a pour over, or any other contingency plan on her part. No apology when I mentioned I would cancel the rest of my order. The quality and consistency of the products and casual indifference by the staff here has finally solved the problem of me being mostly disappointed with Starbucks these days. I'm done. This Starbucks location is a continuous disappointment! It takes 20 minutes to get your coffee. Then they give you the wrong size. After that they don't acknowledge you at the register. When they finally do acknowledge you ,and you tell them that they gave you a tall drink instead of a venti. The barista actually Asked if she could pour my small drink into a venti cup? No words! In addition not one person in this location has any personality or energy. I will take my business to another location from now on. This place just can't get it right. Not a happy customer
The Service was really bad maybe cause she is new or racist cause after my order she disappeared and I never got my drinks or an apology wow and she didn't take my name down and give me my receipt very rude and says a lot about who she is and who Starbucks hires please get another job that you don't deal with people cause you are not good at it but you can't hide who you are best of luck see where that takes you yeah yeah spell check/grammar beware people there people like that everywhere just saying and no star just a zero for all you did/do
I ordered the featured dark roast coffee served black, while my friend opted for the Pike Place with light cream. I found my coffee to be more bitter than I anticipated, so I added a bit of cream to it. My friend also discovered that his Pike was somewhat bitter, so he added more cream as well. This restaurant has a spacious interior dining area and a large outdoor patio. The tables outside are well spaced apart, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

The clerk here told me they didn't have my drip coffee choice and it would take 10 minutes to brew some more. When I went to pay him I told him he could pour from the Pike's blend and that would be fine. But he said, no, he could rush the Christmas Blend brewing. He did. He went out of his way. When I remember his name, I will return to put it here. He was working the morning of December 9.
Not sure if the cashier was having a bad day or not,but she was so rude. No smile no thank you. I have had several issues with this starbucks. They take forever to make a drink. I order at home and drive here and still wait sometimes 15 min. So never again. I will stick to the one that has very friendly people.
This is always a great Starbucks to go to. Super fast and plenty of space to sit outside in the shade or in the sun. Just wish they had more places inside with outlets and chargers.
The staff here is always friendly, and the drinks are expertly crafted and served promptly. I visit this location frequently, and I've never had any issues.
