On December 10 around 6:30pm. I was standing alone at the counter ready to order, the employees (two ladies, especially the shorter ladies at front) saw me but none of them helped me with my order. I was standing there for almost 10 minutes, the employees just pretended that don't exist. Throughout the entire 10 minute of standing, I went from waiting patiently to looking at everyone else in shock, to complete embarrassment, anger and confusion. but they just kept on ignoring. Some of the employees came up and had eye contact with me and continued to ignore me. It's incredibly rude and I just didn't understand why.
