My boyfriend and I just went to this location, and he ordered an iced chai tea latte with OAT MILK for me as I was claiming a table because I have severe allergies to dairy. Not only did the manager mess up the order before ours because the staff were too busy taking a selfie, but he started arguing with the customer. When my boyfriend was ordering, the manager (who was also the cashier) was complaining to him about the argument he had just had. I usually have a good experience with this Starbucks. Maybe they just didn’t feel like working this day but it’s no excuse. I decided to make a trip after work as I work close by. I ordered a hot chocolate and lemon loaf.I was given my lemon loaf first and asked if I could have it warmed the worker Cameron responded with just “No” I was kind of taken back by her response so I said “I’m sorry” she then proceeds to explain why “it’s a burning hazard”. I get it I understand, but to just respond with “No” in the first place is unprofessional. I am a young African American woman and it made me question does she respond to everyone who comes in that way.
Do not go to this Starbucks!!! I was sitting at a table for 2 hours when all the sudden I was kicked out by the owner because I hadn’t purchased anything. He claimed it was “his” Starbucks and he could enforce the rule, but I have never experienced this at any other Starbucks before. Very rude considering this is a town of college students who go to Starbucks as a place to get work done. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I came in towards the middle of the day so the establishment was a bit crowded, however thanks to the barista named Christine my experience was great. She was helpful and kind when taking my order, I was unsure of what I really wanted, so she recommended me a drink she thought I would like based off her questioning my likes and dislikes for beverages. I ended up loving the drink! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I would’ve given more stars if it weren’t for the most incompetent, unprofessional barista I’ve ever seen. Mak was behind the counter making drinks and whining like a baby. There is absolutely no reason your employees need to be putting on baby voices this is ridiculous
Best starbucks in the area hands down but gets EXTREMELY busy on weekends due to college kids since it's in a college town, so busy I'd highly recommend not going on saturday and sunday morning. Also paid parking minimum is 2.50, and you have to pay to park.
The service during the midday shift is quite poor. I've had items missing from my orders three times already. I placed my orders online, and when I went to pick them up, things were missing. When I called to address the issue, they didn’t respond.
I absolutely love my morning ritual at Starbucks; it gives me energy for the entire day! My favorite drink is the latte with coconut milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

The staff seemed unmotivated and it took an exceptionally long time for them to prepare drinks, even with three people on duty.
