Sitting at drive through for 12 mins now. It’s 10.21am on Tuesday. I thought drive through is faster and priority, but people who go inside are coming out with their drinks faster. This is the first time I’ve seen a drive through so slow, which I always prefer to order, grab and go. First last time coming here.Edit: drove up at 10.11, got my coffee at 10.34am.
Drive thru literally moved 1 car at the speaker, 1 at the window. This line moved extremely slow, not like most. The way the drive thru line is positioned is confusing. Some enter from Orchard Lake some from 12 mile making 2 lines form. The Drive thru needs to be modified so that it's clear who's turn is next!!!
Have been to this Starbucks several times and it's definitely a good location. Never been disappointed with the service. Ideally located next to 696 and very prompt service.Ample seating available though some comfortable couch seating would be better than hard wood chairs.
