Not a good experience, we went to the drive through to get our mobile order and she said we would need to come in and wait for it even though we were the only ones and it was not busy. Then when I got our drinks just from the look of them I knew it was going to be good the whipped cream was not whipped at all and just a sludge on top and the drinks were way below the fill line. The taste of both drinks were bad, not enough flavoring, watery, just bad especially when paying $6 for a beverage! The food was not warmed all the way so cold in the middle so even though we were told to come in so they could work on the order they still rushed it seems like and did a really poor job. Very disappoint...

I just had an awful experience with customer service at the drive-thru today. To start with, their screen was broken. We ordered our drinks, but they claimed they "didn’t hear" our order. They didn't repeat what we had said, so we assumed they heard us by the time we reached the window. Instead of resolving the issue, they made us go inside and then had an attitude about it, expecting us to pay for their mistakes. If you enjoy poor service and attitude, this place is for you. This is why I choose to boycott Starbucks.

This place sucks. I pulled up and said my mobile. It took 5 min to think and said what’s the order ? We said my name. They literally don’t know how to do their job. Also they don’t accept cash because their machine is broken. That’s been forever like that. Disappointed honestly it’s better to find a different place

I'm getting tired of ordering the iced shaken espresso and getting it not shaken at all. Black espresso on the bottom and white milk on the top. Batista with the braids is the only one who doesn't shake it. It's literally in the drink name. It never looks good to drink this way. Please review how to make the drink. I just returned from the drive-thru and was polite about a missing drink, but another employee asked me to come back and pay for their mistake. Please avoid this Starbucks, as they don’t confirm orders properly and their screen was broken. Choose this location only if you enjoy dealing with attitude.

I needed a traveler box of coffee, I called ahead, and the flat out told me no, they won't do it. Even if you're short staffed, you brew coffee, you pour it into the box, and you give cups, sugar, and cream. I'll pass them by every time to go to Fridley location. I highly suggest learning customer

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff, particularly a female employee, were quite rude and displayed a negative attitude. The service was subpar, and I cannot recommend this place. It seemed like they decide who they want to serve.
