Me and my sister frequently visit this Starbucks location but don't normally have any problems. Unfortunately today we received unsatisfactory service. For clarification we ordered two venti drinks, a sandwich, and a pumpkin loaf. The worker asked us to confirm our drink size and we clarified that our drink sizes were both ventis. However when we pulled up to the window we received only one venti drink, one grande drink, and the pumpkin loaf was completely forgotten about. As someone who worked in the fast food industry in the past the mistake is not the issue for me. What frustrates me is that we confirmed the correct order and still received the wrong one. I went there yesterday to order a trenta pink drink and they give me a venti pink drink, charging me extra for a size that I didn’t recibe. I think that the person that was in the front that take my order didn’t know a lot a about the sizes and the drinks. Anyway, I don’t think that I will go back to this Starbucks at this
Usually have really good experiences here, but this last time my caramel Frappuccino just tasted like watered down coffee grounds. I don't think any of the actual ingredients were in there. Really gross.
The staff at this store have left me shaken and stirred. I saw the store manager literally spit in my coffee with a smile on her face. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t visit

Good coffee, but the rewards points expire after 6 months. Just go to Caribou where the points don’t expire if you want to rack up rewards.
