Customer service is not so great. Ordered on mobile arrived ten minutes after estimated time and still waited another 20 min for one Frappe. I know it was busy so i waited patiently but no one was available to attend any waiting customers. Plenty of employees but most were in the back and glanced over a bit but never asked what i was waiting for even said excuse me but no one responded. Went to the cashier to ask nicely if my order was ready she said “ the guys are working on it” had already received part of my other order proceeded to wait another ten min. The worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. first I went to drive thru waited for about 15 min, but the line was not moved. then I decided to go to the load and thought it would be faster. I was disappointed. in the load were all baristas roared, false commands, redoing orders, etc. then I saw that one of the baristas grabbed a cup by placing their hands in the cup. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I asked if someone was working on my order. one of the baristas told me that they lost my ticket. that made me angry. I went to the manager and asked my money back. I complained to the manager about baristas who put their hands in the cups to make the drinks, but I don't think it was register...
I have to say I go to a lot of Starbucks during my week! I love Starbucks coffee .. BUT I HAVE TO DAY THIS ONE STORE IS THE WORST I HAVE BEEN to ! The service is SLOW ! , Employees are RUDE ! STORE IS DIRTY in OUT ! I make sure my neighbors in apartment know how bad it is ! It's a shame because bits so close .. but worth the drive to get better service else where !! Giving them one star is TOO mich .. horrible !
Horrible Starbucks Store I love Starbucks in general but this time not only was customer service bad but the wait time was more than 15 minutes and to top it off when I got to the window what I had ordered they had to run out so they were supposed to give me a refund and it’s been two days and the refund has yet not reflected back on my card oh and they only take card because they don’t have change ????
