I've got no complaints. Convenient parking right outside the door. In-N-Out in less than 5 minutes with my order. Dining room is large and wide open. Plenty of indoor seating. As clean as can be expected. Sitting in a little strip mall with a 99 cent store and that can sometimes be a problem. No vagrants living at the Starbucks. All in all decent experience.
Drinks are usually made right and taste good. But when they are not made right or something is wrong with the taste, the attitude is oh, sorry. Never try to correct the issue. Bad service from the barristas in regard to correcting their mistakes in the making of drinks. Purchase here many times a week.
Came here to get coffees, as my friend attempted to get a drink out of his cup, all the coffee spilled on him and on the table and all over the floor. Luckily he is ok but ladies working here didn't bother to ask if he was ok instead gave him a rag to clean himself but they did make us new drinks.
The worst , unclean and messy Starbucks I've ever been to. The service was slow and horrible.The barista for dine in at 11:00a.m. Mon. was talking and distracted the whole time.The floor, glass, counters, tables and windows haven't been cleaned for days.The manager should be fired .
