I had my husband go pick up a coffee for me and it tasted like burnt plastic. I called the store to notify them just in case something fell into the pot or something had melted making it unsafe. The barista that answered said that it was her that made it and told me there was nothing wrong with it. When I asked her for a credit for next time she refused and said I had to come in now. I explained to her that's not possible because we are not in the area at the moment and already on the road. She said there was nothing she could do. I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch without whip cream and Carmel on the bottom to which the barista corrected it to Carmel frap with crunch on top. These 2 drinks taste completely different. I told her no and reiterated my order to which she said okay but then still gave me a venti Carmel frap with crunch on top. I didn’t have time to go back. There’s no reason why I paid $6.25 for a drink I didn’t order but the barista thought would be better for me.
As a partner myself I am sooo impressed with this location! So clean and the bar is wife open so you can watch them make the drinks! My fave drink is complicated, but this was the only starbucks I've been to IN THE COUNTRY that has gotten my order right! The baristas were so lovely and knowledgeable! When I come back to Oregon I know exactly where I'm getting my coffee.
Unfortunately not very black friendly. No greeting upon entrance, and I witnessed my white peers get greeted.Wasn’t very responsive when I asked for my pick up order. Was told “I need to wait”. I don’t mean to make it about race, but it was obvious I was the minority in the room.Hope you guys can do better
