First of all, I'd like to mention this Starbucks is located in my favorite Target location. This alone is convenient: there is free WiFi, nice air conditioned seating area, and plenary of parking. Also, cartwheel sometimes had additional discounts on Starbucks purchases. I have been to this location numerous times and customer service is okay, sometimes slow. They often run out of food items which I always thought might be because they are inside Target. Today, I went in for happy hour with my son and although customer service seemed good was disappointed when I noticed by beverage did not have soy milk but milk. I ordered the caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and asked what the "crunch" was. They told me it was caramel, which is true, but I’d say it’s even better! It’s reminiscent of Mexican cookies served after dinner—brown sugar and butter melted just enough to create a caramel flavor, while still maintaining a lovely crumble texture. There's a subtle hint of butter that adds a nice touch.
I stopped in here while in the area for my Pike Place coffee before hit the road. Very nice store and the sugar bins were filled and the creamer was filled. The staff is very alert to keeping things clean and condiments ready for the customers. Very clean too. They have all the usual sandwiches and desserts and the refrigerated cabinet was well stocked.

They can't make a vanilla latte. Tastes like sweetened milk with no coffee. They made it three times and it's just awful. It's milk. What the hell. How can you not make a simple vanilla latte! Get more training and know your coffees.
The Starbucks here is terrible! No one came to serve me, and they got my drink size wrong! The staff was rude and disrespectful. I would give it zero stars if that were an option.
