I recently had a notably disappointing experience at the Starbucks location in DDO, Montreal. During my latest visit, I encountered a significant delay at the drive-thru, where I ended up waiting for over 15 minutes, only to realize that my order had been forgotten. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this specific location. I’ve noticed that the lattes here often taste burnt, a stark contrast to the high-quality beverages I’ve received at other Starbucks locations. I’m not entirely sure what’s been happening, but there has been a new team and the old employees are no longer there. It’s been at least a year since I’ve noticed that the drinks are not consistently the same. My blonde flat white does not taste like one. Let alone that Starbucks has its reputation but unfortunately, the drinks at this location is a complete disappointment. And this makes me sad because I absolutely love the team and the effort in their customer service.

Girl who makes coffee not even able to say hello or here's the coffee you've been waiting for for several minutes. Nothing. It's not polite.
The staff was 매우 친절. They were extremely polite and pleasant. Everything was satisfactory, but the prices were quite high.
I dont like the drink taste. Too much artificial chemical ls in.The price is too high compared to what we get in return.
The staff are excellent, but the brand itself, its values, and the quality of its coffee leave much to be desired.
