this is one of the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. they are so slow. for being right next to the train station, they either need to staff it better or train the employees to be faster. multiple times i have had to leave after waiting 20+ minutes because I would miss the train otherwise. not to mention some of the employees (not all) are rude. today, i did mobile order at 6:30a, my app said it’d be ready in 3-6 minutes. i waited until 6:50 and it still wasn’t ready and I had to leave to catch the train. it wasn’t even busy, there was one other customer in the store and only two mobile orders ready. i had ordered 20 minutes ago. so disappointing. it’s a starbucks!’ right next to a busy trai...
I had the greatest experience on Sunday with a young barista, Danyelle. I was originally going to order a Pink Drink but just randomly asked if there was a comparable drink with less calories. The barista overheard me and said she knew what to make. She was willing to make me a Pink Drink if I didn’t like it. She gave me an iced passion tea with coconut milk (she even put the strawberries in . It was amazing and healthier. I am so grateful for the new drink. She went above and beyond. It was such a positive experience and I can’t thank her enough :
Always busy in here....used to be one of my favourite spots....well I had to take 2 stars off, because the staff that used to be there, are no longer there. the whole atmosphere is different and the new people are not friendly. I'm so sad...unfortunately I must add to this review to say, why is it perfectly fine for a homeless lady to come inside around other people with her pants down in public scratching God knows what!! literally has her pants down while sitting down. I hope someone does something about this or else I won't be coming back.
This is the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Also the staff treats black’s customers significantly differently from white customers. Which is strange because the staff is black. It took them at least ten minutes to finally stop talking amongst themselves to come over and take my order. I wasn’t greeted and the person appeared to have an attitude. I was the only one in line btw. When came to the whit man he was greeted expeditiously and approached with a happy attitude.

I went into this Starbucks this morning around 6:15am and said good morning to the tall young lady behind the counter. She looked at me but decided not to answer. I wish Starbucks would give better customer service training to their employees. I have been a customer of Starbucks since they opened up. That is not the way to treat a customer. I hope this person gets better training. Thanks
I have visited the south orange location consistently for over ten year. However, serous improvement is needed in the quality staff members that are hired for this location
THE SLOWEST STARBUCKS IN HISTORY. I’ve never witnessed such a general lack of urgency in my life. You need to hire better people.
I love the chai tea latte a lot here! I also got a free cup for red cup day!!!
