I write this review, hoping that there will be some changes. I am a frequent cafe goer and this is my next coffee shop from home, but I have to visit coffee shops that are going on. in contrast to other dieucks and coffee shops I always feel like people are unwilling to sit down and stay. the highlight was drawn as a staff 10 chairs successively with their feet on the tiled floor while a box. Three tables, among them mine, went right after this event. sometimes I wonder if the employees are making noise in a targeted manner so that people go. Although not many people are there, I can meet the people here, either as others complained about the noise level. I see the employees try to greet as they always cheerfully every customer who goes into the load. I am not sure if this was recommended by their managers, as they did not do it years ago. However, the coffee shop is not izakya, so I find it unnecessary and hope that they will focus on making this place still welcoming by increasing the hygiene and reducing the unnecessary noise level, and the personal training that it is okay for people to stay and sit and enjoy for an hour or two. I find this place uncomfortable after 10 15 min in. the Starbucks company itself focuses on promoting collaboration with meetup to make their filial turnstiles for people to hang and hold events, but I feel that this is not entirely on board. I very much hope to see improvements so that I can come in the middle of the day if I don't work like working and need some refreshments, and be able to meet or host various events here during the week night.
The staff at this location are all stars. Not only are they friendly and cheerful seemingly no matter what, but they are great at handling the chaos that is mobile v. in-store orders. Twice in my groggy, morning state I accidentally ordered through the Starbucks app, only to realize I meant to order through Uber Eats. Assuming I’d just cut my losses on what I ordered through the Starbucks app, both times I then immediately placed the same exact order through Uber Eats. (Total first world problems and situation, I know. In both instances the store staff suspected the mistake, and called me right away to clarify through which means I wanted my order. In one case they were out of oat milk and also asked what I’d like instead. Thank you to this team who is going above and beyond in a market of staff shortages, supply chain struggles, and mobile order overload. Ya’ll rock.

(total first world problems and situation, I know in both cases the loading staff suspected the mistake and called me to clarify immediately, which means that I wanted to order my order. in a case they were made of milk and also asked what I would like to take place. Many thanks to this team that goes beyond and beyond a market of personal shortage, supply chain fights and mobile overload. ya’ll rock.
