Starbucks - Réservation de table

I was just there 15 minutes ago and ordered an iced blonde latte with 3 pumps of sugar-free syrup in person. I even showed the barista my previous order to make sure it would be correct. Unfortunately, I ended up with 6 pumps of syrup, and all I can taste is the bitter flavor of it. I'm really frustrated; I was looking forward to enjoying my coffee, and she completely messed it up. Come on, get it together!

This location has poor customer service and a disappointing experience. We spent over $35, and when I asked for a coffee refill, the staff told me no, saying that the manager had prohibited refills for the day. This is not acceptable in terms of customer service or business practices. While we don’t mind about the refills themselves, we do care about how customers are treated.

I was there 15 minutes ago I ordered personally blonde latte with 3 pumps of sugar free sirup and I even showed her the order of my previous orders so they don't make it wrong, guess what I'm using 6 pumps of sugar free sirup and all I taste is bitter sirup. I'm so crazy, I was excited to drink my coffee and she ruined him.

this place is useless customer service and very bad. we spend more than $35 if I only refilled he answer to me no my client said today no refill it is not a reasonable customer service and business. we do not care about refilling but about customer support Réservez une table maintenant

This Starbucks is located in a Hawthorne strip mall off Rosecrans about a mile past the enormous new shopping malls that have gone up to the west. It's just outside a Costco so that's a good spot but otherwise it's a pretty grim strip mall location.

I don?t normally leave reviews for Starbucks but the staff here deserve a 5-star! We came to pick up mobile orders really close to closing time. The girl helped me was not a bit of annoyed or impatient. She was a delight and made my night joyful!

This location only has inside dining with no drivethru. Unfortunately they do not know how to follow directions on their orders. I was delayed due to the service here. Not one of the best locations.

I couldn't get the bacon sandwich or the cream cheese Danish I was hoping for, but the pumpkin cream cheese muffin was delicious. The hot matcha tea latte was also excellent. Réservez une table maintenant

Usually they are great but today they just ignored people. Hard to pick up mobile order just sitting there.
