The staff was very supportive and helpful, the drinks were delicious and the store was very clean. The only issue is that there is a major heating problem. The temperature outside on my visit was 74 yet inside it felt like 85. When i asked the staff if they could turn on the air conditioning, they informed me that it already is on, and that this is normal for this store. I can't even imagine working there when its 75 degrees outside, let alone 100 degrees in the summer. Management needs to fix this issue immediately. Not only is it brutal for the employees, having them sweat and suffer while making drinks is very unsafe and unsanitary because they might sweat into the drinks. If you're okay...
My daughter recently participated in an anti-cyberbullying presentation competition—and she won first place! As a reward, she received a Starbucks gift card. It was her very first time going into a Starbucks ordering by herself, and she decided to use it to treat both herself and her little brother. The baristas there were incredibly kind and patient. They made sure it was okay to make a decaf Frappuccino for the kids, and my daughter thoughtfully ordered a large size so she could share. One of the baristas even asked if we’d like it split into two or three cups. they gave each of my kids their own cup instead of just one large one—such a sweet gesture! The kids were so surprised and happy....
First things first.Most of the Staff was really nice, shouts out to Morgan, Rey and Erik. My drink came out fire, I only get the mango dragonfruit with lemonade and light ice.There’s no power outlets outlets here, so if you plan on working of your laptop, make sure it’s fully charged not sure why they don’t have power outlets for their customers, kinda annoyed by that. I've been coming to this place for over 20 years, but recently I've encountered a new register worker who tries to instruct me on how to order my coffee and what their rules are. I'm not interested in their personal issues, and when I've asked politely more than four times, it’s no surprise that this place is often empty. The bathroom could use some attention, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. As for the coffee machine, while she seems to be trying to help, I really just want to enjoy my coffee without any hassle.

Unfortunately, while the staff is friendly and works hard in a challenging environment, this location is inconsistent when it comes to speed and drink quality. Even mobile orders often take 15-20 minutes, and the drinks I received here were more disappointing than satisfying, with a taste that was more akin to paint. The drinks at the nearby cafe on the road are definitely better.

Mobile order. First time walking in that location. Impressed by cleanliness, many customers, employees working fast to get orders out. I will go there again.
The restaurant's posted hours indicate that they are open, but they were actually closed at 6:12 am. This was very disappointing.
