I come here almost every weekend to repair my coffee. it is fast and convenient, especially by mobile ordering, but I had problems three consecutive visits now, so I just wanted to react to it. nothing personal. Okay, so I ordered a large drink twice and both of them were filled with about 2/3. I don't know why I don't check it, but I guess as I'm in a hurry, I don't know until I reach my goal. I recently dined at this restaurant and had a delightful experience. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was top-notch. The service was also commendable, rated at 4, as the staff was attentive and friendly, although there were minor delays during peak hours. I need to know why customers PHYSICALLY in the store are not a priority. After waiting a full 15 minutes for my coffee, while I watch a total of 9 mobile orders being made within that time frame for customers not even in sight, I asked if there was an update on my coffee, the man who was asked me what I even got I told him and he picked up the sticker and it wasn't even in the process of being made after 15 full minutes and of just standing there and watching 9 coffees for non existent people be made. So therefore if I didn't ask the barista for an update I probably been waiting for 30 minutes. Awful awful ruined my morning

I had a fantastic experience dining in! The food was absolutely top-notch, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, also deserving of a perfect score. The atmosphere was delightful, creating a perfect setting for a great meal. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my visit!

The only location in Bergen County that refuses to fill my daughter’s glass all the way up because she doesn’t like ice in her drink. They treat ice as a part of the drink and reduce the amount in the cup when ice isn't requested. They should learn to fill the cup to the top with what they're selling; their profits won't be affected if they charge $6 for ice, sugar, artificial flavors, and water. On a positive note, the caramel frappé was good.
This is the ONLY Starbucks in north Jersey that fills your cup to the top when you order no ice. Other locations I will get a drink that’s half full and it’s such a rip off. Their cold brews are top notch and we only go to Starbucks if this location is open. So happy they are open again after renovations! I also love that they have pride flags ?
Maria and Mike were incredibly efficient and friendly while making drinks and helping customers, even when the restaurant was crowded. Price per person: $1–10.
