great staff, very friendly, and they work hard. it is very crowded / long lines at peak times, which means that it is a waiting time. yet they work as a team to move dinge quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, they can no longer add workers to these layers (if they do not renovate) because it is simply not enough space for more people to fit into the room; as it is, I'm sure they don't get into the other way. my main complaint about this place, however, is that it is very difficult to sit and chat or do work because it is always cold and the music is much too loud, with a booming bass not exactly the comfortable, cozy coffee house atmosphere that I usually experience with dieucks.
love this place! there was always when I came here before, although people are pleasant enough when they order in advance via the app, they can expect their order to be ready when it comes. I had expected a waiting time because I didn't preorder. that was waiting short and the young lady who took mine was kind. my order was finished in a few minutes! cinnamon dolce mocha is my order. it was the perfect start to my day.
