I came here today and my drink was all ice and my pumpkin bread was still in the wrapper. I asked for my pumpkin bread to be warmed and they handed it to me still the manufacturing package. It took me correcting them three times to put my order of two items in correctly. These lines can take over thirty minutes to get to the window. This store has gone downhill so much it’s not even worth the drive-thru wait times. It’s faster to go into the Kroger’s Starbucks down the street. There I know my drink won’t be all ice and my pumpkin bread will be warmed correctly. When a Starbucks inside a grocery store is better than the official store you know there is a serious issue with only the employees...
I went into this Starbucks last week and spent 30 for 3 coffees and asked of I could buy the left over from when they make it and was told no. They tracked it right in front of me and ill never go to Starbucks again. That was totally rude and waistfuland I even tried to buy it. Starbucks, keep you coffee.. and I'll keep my hard earned money
I come here pretty much every morning before work and the workers are ALWAYS so nice and have the best personalities. This is definitely my favorite store. Specifically, Riley (I hope I got it right) was so funny and nice this morning, and I reallyneeded it. Thank you for a wonderful encounter.
The people who work here are always incredibly friendly and surprisingly genuine about it. None of those workplace personas . Just very sweet people. This transfers to the drinks, too, btw. I 've not been to this location once without thinking that thatspecific drink was the best I 'd ever had.

Bizzy-bizzy-bizzy! Staff appear to thrive on the coordinated chaos; they're friendly, efficient, good-humored. To my surprise, all the activity faded to background and I got so much online work done! Food and drink worth every penny. I couldn't affordthis every day, but oh, what a treat!
I know restaurants go through their hard times. Wait times are extreme (30mins 3x this week). I timed it when I hit the drive thru. My hot drinks are cool when I get them. Please give this location some attention. Staff also seems stressed as well. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
