I usually spend time working at this location on weekdays in the mid morning to late afternoon and order a simple drink and they use my own mug. : I have never had to wait long at all for my order. Visiting this location for over a year now, there are always familiar faces taking my order and making drinks and there is a comfort in having “main stay” batistas and seemingly little turnover in their staff. The baristas are all kind and seem to have fun together while working sometimes singing along to the lyrics of songs being played overhead, or connecting with regulars they see everyday. Worst starbucks I've been too. Made the drink wrong .. it was a frap. It was thin and heavy mocha. I asked.for thicker and little less mocha. Remade the drink and it came out thinner and about the same mocha. When i told them it was still wrong I was told they refuse to remake or refund the beverage. This is horrible customer service. My wife drinks like 3 or 4 of these every day. Is the barista promise dead? Do the Starbucks corporate policies not apply to the stores now? How horribly sad.
The register waitress Evanna is so rude and talks to me like I am an idiot. She made it increadibly difficult to order my drink and when she went to the bar to make it she somehow managed to make it incorrectly. I had to ask 2 more times if it could be remade because it NEVER TASTED RIGHT. I understand this is a busy location but she act and works like she does not want to be there. I will never return to this location. RUDE. BAD TASTE. ZERO CUSTOMER RESPECT. Go to Dunkin down the road.
Usually it’s pretty good here, but today specifically really annoyed me. I ordered the exact same thing I did yesterday, but today I got judged by the older woman at the register. I’m so sorry that me not wanting black coffee annoyed you. And even with her rude comment and eye roll, my drink was still made incorrectly. Absolutely worst stop wish I never got off the interstate for this coffee joint.. they move extremely slow, even with a ton of employees in there. They’re all busy conversing laughing having a great time while the line is continuously wrapping around the store definitely would not return to this location. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
When I ordered my drink, he put my order in wrong. I didn’t have time for them to remake it, so I asked a young lady to throw my drink away politely. I was met with attitude and an eye roll, I didn’t complain or even ask for my money back yet she was very disrespectful. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
