Can I just say great job to the two young ladies that were working hard today, sorry don’t know your names! ?but please know that you make a difference in peoples lives- I appreciate you and the other staff—thank you for making my day better! It makes me happy when my mobile order is sitting ready to go, made just the crazy way I like ..and to add greeted by warm smiles and excellent customer service from West Haven Sawmill Starbucks staff. I choose this location because the awesome staff goes above and beyond- thank you ??

I love this Starbucks! It's the one closest to me and everyone there is always so friendly. I tend to mobile order more often than not, and the drinks are always made perfectly. It's clean, the staff seem to be friendly with each other which is always nice to see, and it's just a great place overall. Today they made my day by putting this cat sticker on my mobile order. Maybe doesn't seem like the biggest thing but I had a bad morning and this honestly made it so much better! Love this place!!

I must start saying that I am not the Starbucks person in my family; but I'm often at the dead who pick up for them. this load is conveniently located, but the area of the plaza in which it is located is lacking in terms of parking or simple parking, which can be part of a catastrophe. my family is glad that a larger one is built next door with a drive-tru window. can only imagine the pink drinks the house will then consume

I feel for any Starbucks stores that are right off of highways. This being one of them. It means they are always understaffed and overwhelmed. This store does the best they can giving the circumstances. The drinks are fresh. The store is always clean. I love this location. Would highly recommend! Réservez une table maintenant

There were these 2 guys sitting by the cashier saying stuff like “you can touch illegal aliens” and “you can’t be racist and drive” ?? Is this the people who they want representing their store?

I visited a restaurant where my meeting point was served faster than a simple latte during this diet. The service was poor, and the reception was disappointing. I would give it zero stars.
