I frequently visit this Starbucks, and the baristas have always been friendly and professional. However, during my visit today, I encountered an employee named Jordyn who was incredibly rude. Her behavior was unprofessional and seemed petty. If providing good customer service isn't her strong suit, perhaps she should consider a different job. I hope management addresses this issue, as I can only imagine she treats other customers the same way.
Worst Starbucks experience ever! The service was slow, but the rudeness of the employees was even worse. I ordered a 12-shot espresso drink that cost $13 and asked for a little extra half-and-half in my drink. They told me I’d have to pay for a latte just to get more half-and-half. I’ve never seen anything like this on their menu—absolutely outrageous. I will never return to this Starbucks location.
I always come to this Starbucks and Baristas have always been so kind and professional. I went today and the employee was so RUDE her name is JORDYN. She was acting petty and unprofessional. If customer service is not your thing then get a new job. AndI hope management sees this and writes her up because I am sure she's like this with everyone.
Many of the ingredients were unavailable during my visit. I initially went in for tea, but they didn't have any. Instead, I ordered a cold brew, which turned out to be flat and lacking in flavor. On the bright side, the lemon loaf was enjoyable, but overall, the drinks left much to be desired. Réservez une table maintenant
I ordered an Easy Ice drink and was informed that it would be fine, but there would be a gap at the top. The staff member spoke loudly about their service, which definitely did not match the level of service you'd expect at Starbucks.
I requested my drink without ice and water, but I was told that they don’t accommodate those requests. Instead, I was advised to order a different size. This experience clearly communicates the limitations of this Starbucks location.
The drive-thru wait at Starbucks can be quite long, but their customer service is always outstanding. The PSF I ordered from their menu was made perfectly.
